so my good friend Erica Ware of BGM (Big Girl Movement), has like this insanely creative mind that’s always coming up with social events, charities, and just all around great ideas.… what’s better than that, is her ability to actually follow through with those ideas, and the lives she’s enriched with her genius.
this week, she posted a video about this 21 Day – Speak Love – Spread Love Challenge, and invited anyone (MALE&FEMALE) to join. Thus far, we are on Day 3, and the response has been BEAUTIFUL! i don’t even think Erica, herself was expecting such an outpour of participation.

The 21 day challenge is designed to help you establish a better relationship with SELF. We often look for acceptance and validation in others, when in fact we should seek those things from our reflection. I'm a firm believer that in order to give love to another, you must first love yourself! Loving yourself isn't just about being pleased with who you are physically. Flaws included, you must embrace them!
This challenge is for everyone. Including those who may think they don't need improvement in the ''high self esteem'', or high confidence areas. We ALL strive to be better! Right?" -Erica
interested? of course you are! it’s never too late to join in, catch up, or start from where you are… i myself have enjoyed doing the challenges, and am truly more self aware, through having to complete them.
